In the Fall of 2006, the former Mill Rose Court Senior Living Center was purchased by the Atria Senior Living Group.  The nearly 100,000 square foot facility is home for approximately 100 residents in 87 apartments and the general condition of the facility, at the time of purchase, was not ideal.

Atria Senior Living Group enlisted the help of Angerame Architects and BCI Construction Inc. to take on a project of significant and exciting proportions, which touched nearly every portion of the building, including the facade, the roof, the heating and cooling systems, the security and fire alarm systems, most of the common space interior finishes, and has significantly upgraded the resident services.  The building’s accessibility, warmth, care, and ambiance have improved so greatly that requests for new admissions have risen markedly since the project has started.

Atria Senior Living Group has, simultaneously, upgraded and added exterior landscaping, courtyards, walking paths, planting areas, ponds, and sunrooms for the enjoyment of all.
